Mision Merida Panamericana Hotel, Mérida

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was enormous with a king-size bed, a spacious bathroom, and everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel had fantastic facilities, and the staff was exceptionally wonderful. However, the dining experience was just okay, especially if you have dietary restrictions. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the city.

The hotel had rooms with a chain-hotel feel that were very clean and nice, though not the highest end, the beds were great, and with very strong and reliable AC. The service was very helpful, particularly Pablo on the front desk who was especially kind and organized our day trips without any fuss at all. The location was in a calm area outside of the city center, working very well, with a pleasant pool, and is a plus in this super hot city. The dining experience would have preferred a la carte as we are not big breakfast eaters and was not great. The facilities were satisfactory.
